Ken

Originally from Dunedin, Ken was lured to Te Anau in 1981 by its natural beauty and lifestyle. Having previously owned his own farm in the Te Anau area, Ken proficiently turned his hand to real estate fifteen years ago making Perpetual Real Estate a successful business.

Ken has a wealth of knowledge in real estate and a great understanding of the Fiordland area. His attributes include an exceptional ability to relate to people as well as being motivated to succeed.
 
Ken is Chairman of the Northern Southland Veterinary Services Inc. and also of the Fiordland Employment Enterprise Trust.  Ken enjoys golf, family and Rotary.

Mary

Mary has always lived in Southland and resided in Te Anau since 1970. She appreciates the beautiful scenery and friendly people in the area. Mary has found Te Anau to be a great place to bring up her family and has watched Te Anau grow and undergo many changes. Mary has been involved with the fishing community since the 1980's and spent a lot of time exploring the beauty of Fiordland.

Mary has been a Sales Person for Perpetual Real Estate since 2000, and loves the challenge of finding the right property for her clients. Mary has an honest friendly personality and her interests include: interior decorating, house design, gardening and fishing.

Tania

Tania grew up in Southland and South Canterbury and moved to live in Te Anau in 2002. Her family have lived in the area for the past 22 years and Tania has enjoyed regular holidays in Te Anau.

Tania has been in sales training and management for 13 years and has worked for Perpetual Real Estate since 2002 and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.   Tania enjoys listening to client's needs while going that extra mile to find the right property.

Tania is positive and enthusiastic and possesses a bright and bubbly personality. Her interests include gardening, renovating homes, walks and four wheel driving.

Elen

Elen became involved in Real Estate in 2009 enjoying the challenge of matching property and people together.  She is a friendly and approachable person, always willing to go the extra mile.

Elen loves living and working within the vibrant Te Anau community and having the privilege of meeting and introducing new people to Fiordland’s stunningly beautiful area. Spare time is enjoyed with family and friends, gardening and being outdoors discovering the many paths and local walkways.

Elen has always had a keen interest in Real Estate and is pleased to be part of the Perpetual team.


Glenda

Glenda is a Highlander fan coming from Dunedin and settling in Te Anau in 2001 with husband Ray.  Very much a people's person and a team player Glend has just moved from the L J Hooker Te Anau office where she started her real estate career in 2001 to recenlty joining the Perpetual Real Estate Team as a a salesperson.  Glenda is looking forward to the new challenge and systems the new job brings.  With nearly 10 years of sales experience, her enthusiasim is very much alive and she looks forward, under the Perpetual brand, to working with locals and visitors alike in our beautiful area and surrounds, for many years to come.

Glenda is a board member of the Fiordland Health Trust and was delighted to see the new Fiordland Health Centre built and better than that paid for.  Her interests are interior design, writing poems, loving live shows, the theatre, and of course Fiordland.


Rene

Having worked in Property Management in the past with L J Hooker, Rene is using her experience to set up a Property Management system for Perpetual.  She is still managing her previous clients she had and is enjoying seeing this side of the business develop and expand quickly at Perpetual.

Rene belongs to the Kepler Lions, is on the Board of the Fiordland Community House and enjoys her family time and friends.
